Job summary

PepsiCo is seeking a Transportation Coordinator at the Edgerton Mixing Center in Kansas to manage all outbound and inbound transportation tasks within the Warehouse Delivered network. You will work closely with 3PL partners to optimize dock scheduling and carrier performance from day one.

Responsibilities include coordinating routes, ensuring on-time delivery, and maintaining SAP and other transportation systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain preferred.
• 1–2 years of transportation or logistics experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams in a fast-paced environment with results orientation.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all transportation responsibilities for the Mixing Center in Edgerton, KS and support the sister site in Blue Springs, MO.
• Route orders daily in compliance with the route guide and ensure timely execution to meet ship dates.
• Track carrier performance and troubleshoot loads at risk of missing arrival dates; ensure compliance with PepsiCo guidelines on weight and shipment method.
• Collaborate with carriers to schedule outbound and inbound shipments to the facility.
• Schedule dock capacity with campus and third-party facility managers; coordinate daily execution with on-site transportation.
• Monitor KPIs and coordinate with COE, Warehouse, and Transportation to resolve scheduling issues.
