The role involves coordinating trucking, facilities, and project schedules with teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective movements. You will track documentation, support forecasting and invoicing, and assist with resolving transportation challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

We are seeking a Transportation & Disposal Coordinator to support daily transportation and disposal operations across the Northeast. This position works closely with project teams, trucking subcontractors, vendors, and facilities to help ensure materials are transported safely, efficiently, and in compliance with applicable requirements. Candidates with experience in logistics, dispatching, operations, construction, environmental services, or other fast‑paced coordination roles are encouraged to apply. If you are a strong communicator, an effective problem‑solver, and comfortable managing changing priorities, we would like to hear from you.
$20.00–$35.00 per hour, depending on experience.
