Resource Options, Inc. seeks a Transportation & Disposal Coordinator to support daily transportation and disposal operations across the Northeast from our Warren, RI office.

The role involves coordinating trucking, facilities, and project schedules with teams and subcontractors to ensure safe, compliant, and cost‑effective movements. You will track documentation, support forecasting and invoicing, and assist with resolving transportation challenges in a fast‑paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in logistics, dispatching, and transportation.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make timely decisions in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and spreadsheet or database tracking systems.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate trucking, facility availability, and project schedules.
• Communicate with trucking subcontractors, disposal facilities, quarries, and service providers.
• Maintain transportation agreements, permits, insurance documents, and compliance records.
• Track approvals, load counts, shipping documents, and other operational information.
• Support Project Managers with forecasting, invoicing, and reporting.
