Job summary

Qualified Staffing is seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher in Forsyth, GA to support operations in a fast-paced transportation environment. You will dispatch and schedule drivers, track loads, and coordinate with drivers, brokers and customers to resolve issues while ensuring HOS compliance.

The role requires 2+ years of OTR dispatch experience, strong customer service, proficient MS Office skills, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2+ years OTR dispatch experience.
• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of HOS and FMCSA regulations.
• Ability to work with drivers, brokers, shippers and customers.
• Organized, detail-oriented with good time management.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
• Freight systems and load board experience preferred (AVAAL, Internet Truck Stop, Motive).

Responsibilities

Qualified Staffing is currently seeking a Part-Time Dispatcher to support our client in Forsyth, GA.

Schedule

Part-Time Monday- Friday, 8:00 am - 12:00 pm (could move to full-time)

Pay Rate

$15-20/hr based on experience
