Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required; college degree preferred.
• 3–6 years of transportation/dispatch experience.
• Ability to coordinate high-volume phone interactions.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Dispatch delivery routes and adjust as needed.
• Onboard new drivers and coordinate schedules.
• Track drivers’ orders, miles, and hours.
• Maintain on-time delivery performance.
• Communicate daily with drivers, customers, shippers, and management.
