Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years of office/operations experience preferred.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel and basic PC literacy.

Responsibilities

• Support dispatch operations at the distribution center and hubs.
• Assist in dispatch of Delivery Routes and Shuttle Routes.
• Track status of vehicles and equipment.
• Address breakdowns, accidents, and driver call-ins.
• Manage driver check-in/check-out, including overages and damages.
• Review driver on-board trip data (PeopleNet).
• Report hours-of-service non-compliance and over/under hours.
