Fuss & O'Neill, Inc. in Boston seeks a Transportation Design Engineer - Project Manager to lead planning, design, and delivery of complex roadway projects. You will guide multidisciplinary teams, engage with clients, and mentor staff while delivering high-quality transportation solutions.

This hybrid role offers in-office collaboration with remote work part of the week. The successful candidate will have a PE license, a civil engineering degree, and 10+ years of transportation experience,

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Professional Engineer (PE) license required.
• 10+ years of experience in transportation engineering.
• Roadway/highway design experience required.
• Experience with DOT agencies, Connecticut DOT preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage multiple transportation design projects for municipal and state clients.
• Oversee all phases from planning and design through construction.
• Develop and manage project scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and workload planning.
• Support proposals, pursuits, and client strategy.
