You will guide multidisciplinary teams, partner with clients, and mentor emerging talent to deliver safer, more efficient transportation systems. You will oversee scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources from concept through construction, maintain compliance with DOT standards, and lead business development efforts for ongoing

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; PE license required.
• Minimum 10 years in transportation engineering with highway design experience.
• Proven leadership of multidisciplinary teams and client engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation design projects, highways/roadways for municipal and state clients.
• Oversee all phases of project delivery from planning through construction.
• Develop and manage scopes, budgets, schedules, and resources.
• Coordinate internal teams and staff workload planning.
• Support business development through proposals and client strategy.
