Qualifications

• Bachelor's in Civil Engineering; PE license preferred.
• Proven experience managing complex transportation projects.
• Strong leadership and client-relations skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage transportation design projects for highways/roadways.
• Oversee planning, design through construction phases.
• Develop scopes, budgets, schedules, and resource plans.
• Coordinate internal teams and client engagement.
• Support business development and client strategy.
