Job summary

Jacobs in Atlanta seeks a Design-Build Project Engineer to deliver transportation infrastructure projects through design-build and other delivery methods. You will work alongside Design Managers, Project Managers, and technical leaders to assist with pursuits, final design, and construction support.

You will gain hands-on experience across the full project lifecycle, from proposals to construction, within Jacobs' growing Design-Build practice, in a collaborative, growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Civil or Structural Engineering or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience delivering transportation infrastructure.
• Familiarity with Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, or other delivery methods.
• EIT certification required/eligible.
• Experience with roadway, bridge, transit, aviation, or municipal projects.

Responsibilities

• Support delivery of transportation projects using Design-Build, Progressive Design-Build, CM/GC, and other methods.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams on roadway, bridge, transit, aviation, and other projects.
• Assist with project planning, coordination, and engineering deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams, contractors, consultants, and stakeholders.
