Job summary

HDR is seeking a Transportation Data Steward who will define and enable data practices across the Transportation Business Group. You will coordinate with subject matter experts and technical authorities to ensure data is defined, shared, and reused to enable better decision-making and project delivery.

The role is embedded in the Transportation Business Group (not IT) and emphasizes enablement, collaboration, and strategic leadership to drive adoption of data standards and tools.

Qualifications

• Ten+ years of strategic leadership focused on growing and leading teams in change management and data initiatives.
• Experience providing diverse data-centric solutions and services to an organization.
• Ability to work cooperatively with leaders, operations managers and marketing managers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain data standards across the Transportation Business Group.
• Coordinate with SME experts to align data practices with enterprise standards.
• Promote data reuse, governance, and consistent terminology across projects.
