Job summary

Watts Water Technologies is seeking a Transportation Specialist to coordinate freight movement across North America, analyze performance data, and drive continuous improvement. You'll report to the Domestic Transportation Director and work in a hybrid role based in Fort Worth, TX; Groveport, OH; Sparks, NV; or Franklin, NH.

You will develop reports, support carrier procurement, manage ERP/TMS data, lead shipment visibility, and collaborate with carriers and internal teams while traveling up to

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, operations, engineering or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in transportation, logistics, shipping, or related operations.
• Ability to analyze transportation data to identify cost, service, and operations improvements.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; adheres to laws and regulations.
• Must be eligible to work and able to pass background checks and pre-employment screening.

Responsibilities

• Analyze transportation performance, freight spend, service trends, and carrier scorecards.
• Develop and maintain transportation reports, dashboards, and KPIs.
• Lead transportation projects, document requirements, test solutions, and measure results.
• Support ERP, TMS, carrier, and logistics system enhancements and testing.
• Coordinate domestic and international transportation activities and ensure on-time execution.
• Maintain data and documentation across ERP, TMS, carrier, and partner platforms.
• Provide analytical support for carrier procurement and price negotiations.
• Monitor shipment visibility, root cause analyses, and corrective actions.
• Travel domestically up to 10%.
