The role focuses on accurate data input from freight bills, delivery receipts and customer information into internal systems, while maintaining data integrity and confidentiality. Candidate must have a high school diploma or equivalent, proven data entry experience, and strong MS Office skills.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proven data entry experience preferred in logistics/transport.
• Typing speed of at least 50 WPM with high accuracy.
• Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel/Word).
• Familiarity with data entry software and databases.

Responsibilities

• Input a high volume of data from various sources into internal databases and software systems.
• Verify accuracy of data before and after entry; correct discrepancies.
• Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for easy retrieval.
• Generate reports and retrieve data as requested by other departments or management.
• Assist with data cleanup projects and ensure data consistency across platforms.
• Communicate effectively with team members to resolve data-related issues.
• Adhere to data entry policies, procedures, and confidentiality guidelines.
• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.
