Job summary

NFI is seeking a Transportation Data Analyst in New Jersey to analyze data, build PowerBI visuals, and train field teams in reporting and SOPs. You will work with data across the company to deliver actionable insights and maintain existing reports and trackers.

The role requires 0-3 years in supply chain analytics, strong statistical skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with field operations. Travel up to 25% is expected. This is a full-time, on-site position in Camden, NJ.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain/Logistics, Computer Science, MIS, business or related field.
• Excellent computer skills in Office applications (Microsoft preferred).
• Proficient in PowerBI, Tableau, Minitab, or other related tool; PowerBI preferred.
• 0-3 years of experience in a supply chain field or equivalent.
• Ability to apply business statistics in problem solving (descriptive statistics, probability, frequency distribution, time-series forecasting, correlation & regression models).
• Ability to learn new systems, processes and tools quickly and thoroughly.
• Demonstrate a high degree of productivity while handling multiple tasks.
• Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities.
• Excellent written, verbal, communication, and research skills.
• Travel up to 25%.

Responsibilities

• Generate visuals in reports using PowerBI and other Microsoft products to help operators run their business better.
• Train and develop internal operations teams on reporting structure, including SOPs and process improvements.
• Collaborate with data analysts to create visuals for operations teams.
• Generate and analyze data reports from internal and external sources.
• Maintain existing reports, trackers, and documents and incorporate new reports.
