Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent customer service and communication abilities.
• Ability to interact with district and community stakeholders professionally.

Responsibilities

• Support school leadership during SCC meetings regarding General Education and Special Education Transportation.
• Coordinate changes for improvement with Communications, Human Resources, School Leadership and others.
• Talk with families, students and staff to gather feedback on Transportation processes.
• Market via social media, bus ads and other venues to promote hiring.
• Actively recruit for Transportation positions at colleges and tech schools.
• Monitor feedback channels and identify themes needing improvement.
• Directly respond to questions and handle complaints about Transportation.
• Follow up to resolve issues and coordinate solutions with Transportation staff.
