Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to support our delivery operations in Georgia. You will help ensure on-time, accurate delivery of products and act as the face of the company with customers and drivers.

The role includes coordinating driver routes, processing payroll data for drivers, and maintaining DOT compliance. A High School diploma and basic transportation experience are required, with opportunities for growth within a respected logistics leader.

Qualifications

• Administrative support experience with basic math and data entry.
• Knowledge and understanding of Department of Transportation regulations.
• Ability to pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Track, calculate, and coordinate driver and route information; perform driver check-in.
• Answer and coordinate incoming transportation related phone calls.
• Maintain DOT required files and other reports (vehicle inspection, fuel, mileage).
• Track, input, and process driver payroll data; perform related duties.
