Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Transportation Coordinator who will support a team handling driver routes and schedules. You will ensure timely, safe deliveries and act as the face of the company to customers while coordinating information with drivers and the transportation team.

Responsibilities include tracking driver data, handling calls, maintaining DOT files, and assisting with payroll and admin tasks to keep operations smooth and compliant.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• 6+ months in a transportation environment.
• Administrative support performing basic math and data entry.
• Pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.

Responsibilities

• Tracks, calculates, and coordinates driver and route information. Performs driver check-in.
• Responds to and coordinates transportation related calls from customers and vendors.
• Maintains and tracks DOT required files and other reports (vehicle inspection, fuel, mileage).
• Tracks, inputs, and processes driver payroll data and performs related duties.
