Job summary

Core-Mark International is seeking a Dispatcher to coordinate delivery scheduling and dispatch operations. You will communicate with drivers via computers, phones, or radios, assign drivers to trucks, and ensure timely departures and arrivals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED (or equivalent experience).
• Minimum 6 months of administrative experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate scheduling and dispatch of delivery operations using computer systems and phones.
• Assign drivers to trucks and ensure on-time departure and arrival.
• Respond to driver questions and help avoid traffic delays and weather issues.
• Interact professionally with customers, vendors and coworkers.
