Wisteria at Warner Center is seeking a Transportation Coordinator to organize timely and safe transportation for residents to activities. This full-time, on-site role is located in Woodland Hills, CA, offering a competitive hourly wage and comprehensive benefits.

The position emphasizes strong communication and reliable schedule management across drivers and resident requests. Qualified candidates will hold a valid CDL Class B with Passenger Endorsement, have at least one year of driving

Qualifications

• One year of professional driving experience.
• Valid Commercial Driver's License, Class B, with Passenger Endorsement.
• Clean driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic computer literacy (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• High school diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Answer transportation requests from residents via phone with good judgment.
• Schedule and arrange timely resident transportation for activities.
• Assign daily routes for drivers and supervise as needed.
• Maintain vehicle logs and CHP inspection records.
• Transport residents promptly and courteously to activities.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for organizing the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities.

This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.

Compensation: $24.80 per hour.

PRINCIPLE DUTIES:

• Accepts all calls from residents for transportation requests, displaying good judgment and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Arranges resident transportation in an accurate, timely, and concise manner, so as to fulfill as many resident requests as possible.
• Schedules daily work assignments for drivers, assists with the supervision of drivers.
• Maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation for vehicles. Maintains logs for CHP inspection.
• Picks up and delivers residents to all activities in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• At least one year professional driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers license, Class B, with Passenger Endorsement. Must have a good driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.
• High school education/GED. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.
