Wisteria at Warner Center, a brand-new Continuing Care Retirement Community opening in Summer 2026, is seeking a Plant Transportation Coordinator to organize timely and safe resident transportation to activities. This on-site role is based in Woodland Hills, CA, with a compensation of $24.80 per hour.

The role includes scheduling drivers, maintaining records, and ensuring courteous, efficient service to residents.

Qualifications

• At least one year professional driving experience.
• Must possess a valid Commercial Drivers license, Class B, with Passenger Endorsement. Must have a good driving record.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent customer service skills
• General computer knowledge, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
• Must be able to interpret and follow map directions.
• High school education/GED. Ability to understand and follow instructions in English, communicate effectively, and perform simple arithmetic.

Responsibilities

• Accepts all calls from residents for transportation requests, displaying good judgment and excellent telephone etiquette.
• Arranges resident transportation in an accurate, timely, and concise manner, so as to fulfill as many resident requests as possible.
• Schedules daily work assignments for drivers, assists with the supervision of drivers.
• Maintains accurate records, reports, and documentation for vehicles. Maintains logs for CHP inspection.
• Picks up and delivers residents to all activities in a prompt and courteous manner.
• Other duties as assigned by supervisor.

The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for organizing the timely and safe transporting of residents to various individual and group activities.

This is a full time, onsite, position located in Woodland Hills, California.

Compensation: $24.80 per hour.
