Job summary

Cencora is hiring a Transportation Coordinator in Indianapolis, IN. The role supports global logistics for World Courier, with hours 6:00am–2:30pm, Monday–Friday, and $25/hour pay.

Primary duties include stocking, outbound shipping, shipment tracking, and coordination with carriers and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have a high school diploma or GED, 3+ years in logistics, and relevant certifications (CSCP/CLTD/CPIM preferred).

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; associate degree preferred.
• 3+ years in logistics operations, transportation coordination or similar.
• Certification in CSCP, CLTD, CPIM or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment: stocking, restocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping.
• Coordinate shipment movements with internal teams, offices, agents, and partners.
• Process shipment data, status updates, and records for accuracy and visibility.
• Monitor shipments and communicate delays or routing issues to stakeholders.
• Verify documents and tracking to meet transportation requirements.
• Maintain information flow across customer service, operations, and transport partners.
• Analyze trends and recommend workflow improvements and data accuracy.
• Support daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities.
