Job summary

Cencora in Lebanon, IN is seeking an Equipment Operator / Order Picker to support our US distribution operations. The role focuses on handling temperature-sensitive materials, updating inventory records, and preparing shipments on a Monday–Friday or other shifts.

The starting pay is $19 per hour, with potential to earn up to $21 per hour through incentives and bonuses. Ideal candidates have a High School diploma, up to 2 years in warehouse roles, and CSCP certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience required.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.
• Less than 2 years of experience using equipment in warehouse support, distribution operations, shipping, receiving, inventory control, material handling or a related field required.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
