Job summary

Cencora is seeking an Associate Operator for Warehouse Operations in Lebanon, IN. The role supports AmerisourceBergen distribution services with a starting pay of $19.00 per hour and potential to earn up to $21.75 per hour through incentives and shift differentials.

The successful candidate will monitor temperature-sensitive materials, maintain traceable records, and assist with safe material movement and packaging for timely outbound activity.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or equivalent required.
• Less than 2 years in warehouse support, distribution, shipping/receiving, inventory control or related field.
• CSCP or equivalent certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them appropriately.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas for outbound activity.
• Escalates inventory or handling issues for timely follow-up.
