• Verifies documentation and tracking details to ensure compliance with requirements.
• Maintains information flow across customer service, operations, and transportation partners.
• Reviews trends and issues and makes recommendations to improve workflow and data accuracy.
• Supports daily coverage of transportation and customer service activities to sustain operations.
