The Transportation Coordinator is responsible for the daily administrative functions in the Transportation department. They ensure that drivers are aware of any changes that may or will occur and provide route change information to customers as needed.

• Pay rate: Based on experience
• Schedule: Sunday - Thursday, starting at 7:30 am
• Benefits: Medical, dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA, and company-paid life insurance available after 60 days

Essential Functions

• Prepare delivery paperwork for drivers
• Pull and store keys
• Confirm drivers on routes
• Maintain DOT files
• Process payroll
• Check in drivers and verify paperwork
• Perform additional responsibilities and special projects as assigned

Minimum Qualifications & Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred: At least 2 years of relevant work experience
• Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Office
• Subject to background check and drug screening as per laws
