Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Transportation Coordinator (CNA or EMT required) for a full-time, day shift position. The role involves coordinating resident transportation, vehicle maintenance, and ensuring professional interactions with medical providers.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate all aspects of transporting residents.
2. Maintain facility vehicle logs and schedules for routine maintenance.
3. Represent the facility professionally with medical providers.
4. Manage patient appointment scheduling and maintain related records.
5. Assist with community and healthcare facility relations.
6. Transport specimens and other items as needed.
7. Procure supplies from local vendors as requested.

Qualifications

• Valid NC Driver’s License with a good driving record.
• 21 years or older, of good moral character, with a concern for the elderly and disabled.
• Registered as a Nursing Assistant or EMT in North Carolina.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Ability to organize, make decisions independently, and work under pressure.
• Flexible with tasks and responsibilities.
• Transportation experience preferred.
