The Transportation Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting the Transportation Department by conducting detailed research on job site locations during the quotation process. This position will require a strong understanding of tractor-trailer operations, route planning, and map analysis. The ideal candidate will work closely with the Transportation team to ensure efficient and cost-effective delivery of our products.Assists Transportation Manager in the scheduling and day-to-day operations of the departmentDirects preparation of shelter shipments including the selection of carrier, pick up/loading appointments, preparation of all necessary paperwork, selection and the scheduling of crane companies for offloading.
