Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a full-time Director of Construction Inspection to manage large-scale projects in Northern Indiana. You will oversee teams, ensure compliance with contract documents, and guide client communications from pre-bid through close-out.

The role requires a Civil Engineering degree, a PE license (Indiana preferred), and 10+ years of INDOT/highway construction experience. Leadership, planning, and collaboration are essential in this multi-discipline firm serving

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or construction management.
PE license in Indiana preferred.
10+ years of INDOT or heavy highway/bridge construction experience.
Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

Identify prospective clients and opportunities within INDOT and LPA experience and support business development.
Contribute to responses for Requests for Proposals across potential clients.
Lead teams of engineers and technicians from pre-bid through contract close-out.
Foster relationships with other firms to pursue projects.
Ensure compliance with contract documents and project oversight requirements.
Coordinate and lead project meetings and document minutes.
Review deliverables for quality and contractual compliance.
Provide technical leadership for complex assignments and mentorship to staff.
