Greenman-Pedersen, Inc. (GPI) seeks a Director of Engineering with a Highway, Bridge, or Traffic engineering background to join our Midwest operations in Dublin, OH. You will lead transportation projects and grow our Ohio transportation department.

Qualifications

• B.S. Civil Engineering is required; MS preferred.
• 15+ years of progressive transportation engineering experience in Highway/Bridge/Traffic.
• Ohio P.E. license required; ODOT experience preferred.
• Experience leading a team of engineers and designers; strong client coordination.

Responsibilities

• Perform and/or manage Transportation (Highway, Bridge, or Traffic) projects in Ohio.
• Prepare or review written documents, plans, and reports; manage client coordination.
• Review calculations, plans, specifications, cost estimates, and technical reports.
• Lead and develop a team of engineers and designers to deliver projects.
