We are seeking qualified, experienced, and motivated individuals to oversee and inspect construction of roadway and site improvement projects, primarily involving stormwater, water, and sewer facilities in southeastern Pennsylvania. The Construction Inspector will act as the client's representative, working closely with clients such as Philadelphia Water Dept., City of Philadelphia, PennDOT, and SEPTA, under the direction of the client's Construction Manager. Responsibilities include verifying contract adherence, attending project meetings, documenting work progress, and monitoring construction quality and safety.
Work schedules may vary and include night work, weekends, and holidays depending on project needs.
