NexTier Completion Solutions Inc. in Midland, TX seeks a Transportation Compliance Supervisor to ensure drivers and fleet operations meet regulatory and company standards.

You will manage training, monitor safety performance, conduct incident investigations, and enforce compliance across staff and vendors. This role requires FMCSA knowledge, a CDL-A, and hands-on experience with HOS and ELDs, inspections, audits, and risk assessments.

Formación

• Deep knowledge of FMCSA regulations and DOT compliance requirements.

Brief Description:

The Transportation Compliance Supervisor ensures drivers and fleet operations meet all regulatory and company standards. This role manages training, monitors safety performance, conducts incident investigations, and enforces compliance across staff and vendors.

Detailed Description:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable U.S. Department of Transportation, Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration, and other regulatory requirements.
• Oversee Hours of Service (HOS) compliance and monitor electronic logging devices (ELDs).
• Conduct and document vehicle inspections, maintenance records, and DOT audits.
• Conducts transportation incident investigations, gathers and analyzes relevant information, and implements appropriate corrective actions to address root causes and prevent recurrence.
• Train drivers and field personnel on DOT regulations, company transportation policies, and safety procedures.
• Support internal and external regulatory audits and inspections.
• Maintain compliance records for fleet vehicles, trailers, and drivers.
• Assist with transportation risk assessments and route planning for heavy haul or oversize loads.

Job Requirements:

• Excellent knowledge of FMCSA regulation and DOT compliance
• Excellent knowledge of operational needs around vehicle /equipment

Minimum Qualifications:

• High School Diploma or GED
• CDL-A Commercial Driver's License with minimum of 5 years' driving experience
• 3 years' experience in a DOT compliance role
