Job summary

The Corradino Group in Florida is seeking a detail-oriented Project Administrator to support FDOT transportation construction projects in Tampa. You will assist with documentation, progress and final estimates, coordinate among field staff, contractors, consultants, and FDOT personnel, and help maintain organized project files while meeting reporting requirements.

Qualifications

• 1 year of engineering experience on relevant transportation projects or 6 years of roadway/bridge/CEI/construction experience with at least 2 years on transportation projects.
• FDOT Advanced MOT certification or ability to obtain it within six months through an approved training plan.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and strong organizational abilities.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Project Administrator in the administration of FDOT transportation construction projects.
• Support coordination of construction activities between field staff, contractors, consultants, and FDOT personnel.
• Assist with project documentation, construction records, and contract administration.
• Support preparation of progress estimates and final estimates.
• Monitor project documentation for completeness and accuracy.
• Maintain organized project files and assist with reporting requirements.
• Communicate effectively with project team members, clients, contractors, and other stakeholders.
• Perform additional project-related duties as assigned.
