Qualifications

• Proven leadership and mentorship in technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead digital delivery support for transportation projects from initiation to final deliverable.
• Establish and enforce CAD/BIM standards, templates, and workflows.
• Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve technical issues and ensure standards compliance.
• Develop training materials and mentor staff in CAD/BIM workflows.
