Job summary

Larson Design Group in King of Prussia, PA is seeking a Transportation Digital Delivery Manager to advance digital delivery for our transportation sector. The ideal candidate will lead CAD/BIM standards, Bentley platforms, and highway and bridge project delivery across offices and partners.

The role requires a proven track record in managing transportation design technology, project setup, production support, and training, with the ability to balance standards, client needs, and team adoption.

Qualifications

• Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, transportation, CAD, or related field.
• 10+ years of transportation design technology or digital delivery experience.
• 7+ years implementing or managing CAD/BIM on transportation projects.
• Advanced experience with Bentley OpenRoads Designer, OpenBridge Designer, ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

• Lead transportation digital delivery support for highway, bridge, and related infrastructure projects from initiation to final delivery.
• Establish and implement CAD/BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices with the Digital Practice team.
• Provide production support, training, and workflow improvements for transportation design teams.
• Administer Bentley ProjectWise environments and ensure standards compliance.
• Coordinate with internal teams, partners, and clients to resolve technical and delivery issues.
