Job summary

Larson Design Group is seeking a Transportation Digital Delivery Manager to drive digital delivery for the transportation sector. This role leads standards, project tech setup, production support, and training across offices and partners.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in transportation design tech, strong Bentley OpenRoads/OpenBridge experience, and demonstrates leadership in coordinating cross-functional teams to meet project goals.

Qualifications

Education: Associate or bachelor’s degree in architecture, engineering, construction, transportation, CAD or related field.
10+ years of experience with transportation design technology, CAD/BIM production, or digital delivery.
7+ years implementing, supporting, or managing CAD/BIM on transportation projects.
Advanced experience with Bentley OpenRoads/OpenBridge/ProjectWise.

Responsibilities

Lead transportation digital delivery support for highway, bridge, and related projects from initiation through final deliverable submission.
Establish and maintain CAD/BIM standards, templates, workflows, and best practices with the Digital Practice team.
Provide training, onboarding materials, and workflow documentation for transportation teams.
Mentor CAD coordinators in CAD/BIM workflows and digital delivery practices.
Coordinate with internal/external teams to resolve technical and delivery issues.
