This leadership position is responsible for driving strategic growth and overseeing project delivery within the Transportation Business Line for Massachusetts. Responsibilities

• Develop and implement a targeted growth strategy for the transportation sector in Massachusetts.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and support technical staff in doing the same.
• Identify and pursue project opportunities, including preparing client and opportunity plans.
• Lead proposal development and participate in client presentations and interviews.
• Represent the firm at industry associations, seminars, and networking events to expand market presence.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering; Professional Engineer (P.E.) license in Massachusetts strongly preferred.
• At least 15 years of experience in transportation design, with significant focus on highway or bridge projects.
• Experience working with MassDOT is preferred.
• Proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Demonstrated success in leading and managing large-scale transportation projects from initiation to completion.
• Experience with contract negotiations, scope development, and project budgeting.
