Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in freight brokerage or customer service.
• College degree highly desired or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Contact new customers to acquire business and grow profitable volume.
• Develop relationships with shippers to increase volume and build accounts.
• Negotiate rates using market knowledge and guidance from senior brokers.
• Perform daily check calls on loads in transit and document freight bills.
• Uphold standards of customer, company, and office operations.
• Work Monday to Friday in office with rotating Saturday shifts.
