Qualifications

• Proficiency with TMS, ERP, and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Manage accessorial charges, validate invoices, and ensure policy compliance.
• Audit charges, resolve discrepancies, and support contract negotiations.
• Develop SOPs for accessorial management and collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Customer Service.
• Maintain documentation and support internal/outbound audits.
