Job summary

Senior Living Residences in Canton, MA is seeking a Transportation Associate to help residents travel safely to appointments and outings. You will drive a van, assist residents in and out, and maintain a clean, courteous service.

Part-time shifts available Mon-Wed, 9:00 AM–3:00 PM, 2–4 hours daily. Starting pay $17–$18 per hour with benefits from day one, including insurance options, PTO, and commuter perks.

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Must be insured by community auto insurance (26+ years of age).
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers.
• Punctuality and reliability – our residents rely on us to assist them.

Responsibilities

• Drive the van in a safe, courteous, and reliable manner.
• Assist residents in and out of the van at all times.
• Properly secure equipment including wheelchairs.
• Maintain a clean driving record.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

Part Time: Monday-Wednesday: 2-4 hours per day usually between 9:00 AM - 3:00 PM

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $17 - $18 per hour based on work experience
