Heights Crossing in Brockton, MA is hiring Resident Care Associates to deliver direct personal care to our senior residents in a safe, home-like environment.

Qualifications

• Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certification required.
• Ability to communicate effectively with residents and coworkers.
• Reliability and punctuality essential for daily living support.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct personal care to seniors.
• Join or lead activities with residents to promote engagement.
• Record care and tasks using the electronic health record system.
• Assist housekeeping with light duties as needed.
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services.

AVAILABLE SHIFTS:

• 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM: Full Time
• 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM: Full Time
• 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM: Full Time

PAY & BENEFITS:

Rates start at $18 per hour

WHAT OUR RESIDENT CARE ASSOCIATES DO:

• Spend quality time with seniors and provide direct personal care
• Join or lead fun activities of your choice with the residents
• Track care and other tasks with our easy-to-use electronic health record system
• Assist the housekeeping team with light housekeeping services
• Escort residents to meals and assist with dining services, as needed
• Work each day across all of our departments to create an atmosphere of cooperation, collaboration, inclusivity, and mutual respect.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Certification: Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA)**
• Physical requirements : Standing, sitting, bending, and transferring residents (with and without assistance)
• Communication: An ability to communicate effectively with residents and co-workers
• Punctuality & reliability – Our residents rely on us to assist them with their daily living activities and we expect our associates to deliver on this promise.
