Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience.
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays.
• 1+ years of performance metrics, process improvement or lean techniques experience.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety, quality, customer experience, and productivity of the department.
• Collaborate with site leadership on metrics and root cause analysis.
• Lead process improvements and Lean initiatives to streamline operations.
• Support and mentor hourly workforce to deliver on-time customer deliveries.
