Qualifications

• 2+ years of employee and performance management experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent, or 2+ years of Amazon (blue badge/FTE) experience
• Work a flexible schedule/shift/work area, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate hourly workforce
• Manage safety, quality, productivity, and delivery promises
• Collaborate with Safety, Engineering, Loss Prevention, QA, HR to meet objectives
• Lift up to 49 pounds and perform physical tasks
• Stand/walk up to 12 hours during shifts
• Work in variable noise and temperatures, including outdoor loading areas
• Navigate stairs as needed
