WSP USA in Washington, DC is offering a full-time Architectural Intern position within the Mid-Atlantic Transportation Architecture Group. This 12-week summer internship starts May 17, 2027 and supports students enrolled in NCARB accredited programs.

The role provides exposure to real projects, mentorship from senior staff, and opportunities to develop technical and professional skills while working on drawings, research, and analyses. No relocation or housing is provided.

Formación

• Enrolled in NCARB accredited architecture program with graduation 2027 or later.
• Interest in Transportation Architecture and career growth.
• Good interpersonal and professional communication for varied audiences.
• Ability to take direction from mentors and leaders on projects.
• Basic writing, computing, and design tools proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with architectural tasks to develop technical, social, and ethical skills.
• Learn transportation architecture principles and apply them on projects.
• Support research, field work, and initial design calculations.
• Help prepare final design plans, provisions, and cost estimates.
• Maintain project documentation and training on assigned tasks.
• Adhere to WSP Code of Conduct and safety policies.
