Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Create and execute transportation plans that enable timely and cost-effective shipment of materials and finished goods.
• Oversee carriers and vendors providing various modes of transport, packing, and handling.
• Communicate performance expectations and monitor supplier performance for effective transportation strategies.
• Identify opportunities to improve department policies, procedures, and systems; ensure on-time delivery.
