Job description

Transportation Analyst I (Contract – 09 Months)

Location: Charlotte, NC (Hybrid – onsite Tues–Thurs 8am–5pm, remote Fri)

Pay Range: $18.00/hr – $21.00/hr

Key Responsibilities

• Validate bulk customer orders in the Transportation Management System (TMS) before carrier tender and track loads from pick‑up to delivery.
• Document all customer contacts according to call script guidelines and update TMS data with email updates to customer service.
• Maintain order integrity by verifying all order information and manage multiple priorities independently.
• Provide customer service via email, Teams chat, and phone calls; solve problems quickly and efficiently.

Key Requirements and Technical Experience

• Fresh graduate or Military background; less than 2 years of work experience.
• Experience with TMS and MS Office (Excel Pivot tables).
• Detail‑oriented, quick thinking, and able to manage multiple priorities efficiently.
