Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking a Transportation Analyst for an onsite 6-month assignment in Charlotte, NC. The role focuses on end-to-end load planning, carrier coordination, and proactive customer service to ensure on-time performance.

You will use a TMS daily, validate orders, and communicate updates to customers and internal teams. This position requires independent work, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.

• Clear, courteous communication for phone, email and customer interactions.

Responsibilities

• Plan and execute loads in the TMS from pickup to delivery.
• Assign carriers, coordinate shipment details, and track loads end-to-end.
• Provide customer service via email, Teams chat, and phone.
• Verify orders in the TMS before carrier tender.
• Document customer contacts and update data in the TMS.
