Job summary

Elevate Care Northbrook is seeking a friendly Transportation Aide to assist residents with transportation to appointments, activities, and other scheduled outings. You will help residents in and out of vehicles and ensure they are comfortable and safe throughout transit.

The role emphasizes compassionate service, safe mobility assistance, and clear communication with facility staff. Prior healthcare or senior-care experience is preferred, and you’ll join a supportive team in a pleasant
