Job summary

Elevate Care is looking for a dependable Transportation Aide to assist residents with transportation to appointments, activities, and other scheduled outings. You will help residents safely in and out of vehicles and accompany them during trips.

Additionally, you’ll assist with mobility aids, coordinate with facility staff, and ensure residents are comfortable and safe while maintaining a friendly, respectful demeanor with residents and team members.

Qualifications

• Dependable and compassionate approach to resident care.
• Comfortable working with elderly residents in transportation settings.
• Ability to assist with mobility aids and transfers.
• Clear communication and ability to work as part of a team.
• Healthcare or senior-care experience is a plus.

Responsibilities
