Job summary

Advena Living seeks a CNA Transportation Aide to help residents get to appointments and outings safely and with care. You will assist with entering and exiting vehicles, provide CNA support, and communicate schedule needs while representing Advena Living positively.

Qualifications

• Active Kansas CNA certification or ability to obtain certification.
• Valid driver’s license and driving record meeting company requirements.
• Dependable, courteous, and committed to resident safety.
• Ability to bend, kneel, squat, stand, and lift heavy objects as needed.

Responsibilities

• Transport residents safely to appointments and approved destinations.
• Assist residents with entering, exiting, and navigating transportation.
• Provide CNA support within certification and assigned responsibilities.
• Maintain timely communication about schedules, delays, and resident needs.
• Follow vehicle safety, documentation, and facility procedures.
