Confidential: Healthcare Facility is seeking a Full-Time Transportation Aide/Driver in Myerstown, PA to transport residents between hospital and facility and to appointments. The role features a Monday–Friday schedule with flexible hours and occasional weekend availability based on resident needs.

The position requires a PA driver’s license, strong interpersonal skills, and comfort assisting residents with mobility. CNA certification is preferred, and computer experience is expected.

Qualifications

• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Strong interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor.
• Ability to assist residents with mobility needs safely and respectfully.
• Previous experience transporting seniors or working in a healthcare setting preferred.
• CNA certification preferred.
• Previous computer experience required.

Responsibilities

• Schedule resident transport needs.
• Safely transport residents to and from hospital or other medical locations using a facility-provided vehicle.
• Provide courteous, hands-on assistance to residents entering and exiting the vehicle.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and well-functioning vehicle at all times.
• Coordinate closely with nursing, admissions, and administrative staff to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs.
• Uphold a strong commitment to resident safety, dignity, and comfort.

Transportation Aide/Driver – Full-Time | Flexible Hours (Primarily Monday–Friday)

Location: Myerstown/Lebanon, PA

Pay Range: $18.00–$20.50/hour (based on experience)

We are seeking a reliable and compassionate Full-Time Transportation Concierge/Driver to join our team. This position plays a vital role in ensuring residents are transported safely and comfortably from hospital to facility, and other scheduled appointments as necessary.

This position is primarily Monday through Friday with flexible hours, with occasional weekend availability required based on resident needs and appointment schedules.

Key Responsibilities

• Schedule resident transport needs

• Safely transport residents to and from the hospital or other medical locations, using a facility-provided vehicle
